In his early 20s, Tyler purchased his first rental property, sparking the idea to launch a digital real estate marketing venture with a friend. Tyler's strategy included a multi-channel marketing approach with paid Facebook and Google ads, physical signage, flyers, and direct calling to generate real estate leads for personal and investor projects. This method yielded over 200 leads in six months, culminating in two successful contracts. However, due to differing work styles, Tyler and his partner dissolved the venture. Tyler then shifted focus to independent real estate investment, particularly in the commercial sector, leveraging his experience to identify and invest in promising deals.
